Wish you knew the problems before you signed the lease?

We moved in here in 2020 and stayed for 2 years. This is a really nice 2 bedroom apartment. Close to shops like Coles, Harvey Norman, Officeworks and other restaurants nearby. I has a huge outdoor pool and very manicured garden. It is also very close to Macquarie Park station (5 – 10 minutes).

It has a modern kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms. The lounge room is decent enough and connected to a big courtyard. We had a dog during our stay here and it was easy enough for us to take her out to the backyard because it’s just in the same level. Our only problem was the laundry area that kept on getting wet every time we use the dryer. I wish the property owner can do something about it, but other than that. It was a really good apartment.

I was in this property from Dec 2021 until June 2022. It was a freshly painted double storey property with double garage. The lounge area is big and the 3 bedrooms are in good sizes and newly carpeted. Our concern was the kitchen cupboards are old and some of them are broken. The garage is huge that you can fit 2 cards, but there was no ventilation in the garage. So if you store items there, like bags or fabric material, it will mold eventually since there is no exhaust / ventilation in the garage. The front yard and backyard is small but easy enough to clean.

This property backyard up the hill and has a good size parking in front. It has a decent size house lot with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a nice covered deck connected to the house and newly installed deck in the backyard. The only downside is the property doesn’t have built-in wardrobes in all rooms and the walk-in wardrobe is pretty small. Other than those, this property is good for a small family.
